Check-in/Check-out
  • Guaranteed check-in time is 4:00pm. If an earlier check-in time is requested, please give the front desk a call on the day of your check-in around 12:00pm and we can see if an earlier time is available.
  • Check-out is 11:00am. Late check-out requests must be preapproved with the front desk.
Cancellation Policy
  • We take the first night’s total up front as a deposit. Guests may cancel anytime up until 24 hrs. prior to check-in, and only incur a $30 cancellation fee. Less than 24 hrs. notice results in the full deposit kept as a cancellation fee.
Parking
  • Hotel guests are encouraged to come check-in first before parking, so that the front desk can guide them to which level of the parking ramp will match up with their room. Guests should have their license plate & state of issuance ready for check-in as it is required for parking validation.
Pet Policy
  • The Lowell Inn is not a pet friendly hotel.
Smoking
  • All of the Lowell Inn’s rooms are non-smoking, including on the balconies. Smoking in a hotel room or balcony will incur a $150 smoking fee. Smoking is only permitted on the front patio on the ground floor.
Accessibility
  • The Lowell Inn has 2 wheelchair accessible rooms, please give the front desk a call for these specific rooms.
  • Elevator access is in the city parking ramp right next door. Complete access is explained at check-in with the code on your room key.

  • Some rooms feature balconies. Visit our website or inquire with a front desk associate on availability.
  • Parking in the city ramp next door is complimentary for hotel guests. The vehicle’s license plate number & state of issuance is required for validation before enter the ramp.

  • The Lowell Inn tea service is offered Tuesday-Sunday 11:00am-2:00pm with advanced reservations.
  • Fondue dinner is offered Friday & Saturday evenings 5:00pm-8:00pm with advanced reservations
